Morning Run

It was such a beautiful day outside this morning that I decided to get some outdoor exercise in. I ran for 30 minutes and did 15 minutes of sprint intervals. What a workout! I can tell I've come a long way with my fitness because I didn't getting winded while running like I used to when I was out of shape. What an awesome feeling! I feel like I'm in better shape today at the age of 31 then when I was 21 and much smaller. Be blessed!
