What's for dinner? Teriyaki Glazed Pork Chops

Teriyaki Glazed Center Cut Pork Chops

Tonight I made Teriyaki glazed center cut pork chops. I had only intended to season and saute these pork chops in extra virgin olive oil, but decided to kick the flavor up a notch by adding teriyaki sauce.


I seasoned each porkchop with McCormicks low sodium season all salt and italian seasoning with a few dashes of pepper. Next, I poured 1 tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil into a pan with 2 teaspoons of fresh minced garlic. I then added my porkchops, cooking them on each side for about 1 1/2 minutes.

Finally, I poured the Kraft Teriyaki Ginger on each pork chop making sure to spread the sauce all over evenly then let them simmer for about 2 minutes. Cooking time will vary due to thickness of your pork chops.

I added a baked sweet baked potato with steamed cauliflower and broccoli to complete the dish. It was delicious!
