Protein on the Go

Can you tell I love Muscle Milk? lol!

Pictured above are a few of my favorite on the go protein products. These are great especially if you don't have time before or after a workout to make yourself a protein packed meal. I alternate between these products and foods such as eggs, lean chicken and fish. There are lots of other foods that provide adequate protein such as nuts, seeds, beans and dairy.
