Seven Days To Success Full Body Workout Plan

I was browsing through some of my old Oxygen Magazines looking for a new workout regimen and came across the Seven Days To Success Routine. The plan incorporates heavy and light weight training with 3 days of dedicated cardio.

I just started this plan on Monday. I'm on day 3, Wednesday, the lower body workout. I will do this routine for 4 weeks along with my Jillian Michaels 6-Week Six-Pack dvd 3 days a week. If your unsure on how to perform the exercises listed above, go to youtube and type in the exercise you need to be demonstrated. You can also ask a trained professional at your gym on how to correctly perform each exercise. Correct form is very important when weight training! I'm enjoying this routine so far!
