What's for Breakfast: Kashi 7 Grain Waffle & Egg Whites




After an intense workout at the gym, I knew I needed a protein packed breakfast. I scrambled 4 egg whites and toasted 1 Kashi 7 Grain Waffle. I always try to eat some fruit with breakfast and opted for kiwi this morning.




The Kashi 7 Grain Waffles are delicious! They're made with whole wheat, seven grain flour and whole oats to name a few. A serving is 2 waffles containing 150 calories, 5 grams of fat, 7 grams of fiber, and 4 grams of protein.
