Water

I'll admit I have not always hydrated properly. I would drink water, but not nearly enough to replenish the amount of fluid necessary to refuel my body. Now I drink 96 oz of water or more a day depending on my level of activity. I realize hydration means everything! Think about it, your body weight is about 60 to 70 percent water, and every system in your body depends it.

Some important facts about Water are:
  • Water aides in digestion.
  • Water helps your body remove waste.
  • It protects your tissues, spinal cord, and joints.
  • Water prevents you from becoming dehydrated.

Fruits and vegetables besides being a good source of minerals, vitamins and fiber contain a lot of water. The amount of water your body needs depends on many different factors such as; exercise, environment, illness, health conditions, pregnancy and/or breast feeding.

My Camelbak in pink is 24oz(750ml) and the rest are 16oz(500ml).

I bought my whole family a camelbak water bottle so that we're able to keep our bodies hydrated.  I love these water bottles because they're convenient, can be sipped upright and they have a spill proof cap. You can take them anywhere you go. I sip on mine throughout the entire day refilling it several times. You can purchase them at Target, Wal-Mart, and Fitness stores, as well as online.
