On my way to a 6 Week Six-Pack

All you need is some 3 to 8 lbs hand weights and a mat.


I decided to incorporate variety into my workout by adding the DVD 6 Week Six-Pack. The DVD consists of two 30-minute workouts. You perform level 1 for 3 weeks and then move onto level 2 for an additional 3 weeks. This workout is challenging even for the most physically fit person. At least I think it is! I was extremely sore after completing my first workout. Jillian recommends doing the workout at least 5 days a week. I'm currently on day 4 and pushing through my soreness. You can find it in Wal-Mart, Target and online through Amazon.

  1. nuh uh! Nope! Nada! See you've already got me dreading to work out with the dvd you sent me. This is the hardest I've ever worked out. I dont even care to have a six pack honestly. Jillian is no joke. She doesnt play. But I'm pushing through it. lol
