My favorite go to snacks

I wash them and take them off the vine as soon as get them home. 

Red Seedless Grapes

Gala Apples

Apples

Bananas
Benefits: Eyesight protection, anemia, healthy bones, blood pressure, stress relief.

Oatmeal Raisin Bar (Organic)
There made with whole grains and packed with fiber. Sure to give you an energy pick me up!


Activia Strawberry Yogurt
 I don't like yogurt all that much, but this yogurt has to be the best I ever tasted. It contains small pieces of strawberry through out.

I can eat eggs any time of day!

Hard Boiled Eggs (Organic)
Benefits:  Promotes healthy hair and nails, contains vitamin D, 1 egg contains 6g of high quality protein and all 9 essential amino acids. Click here for more information on the benefits of eggs.


Sweet Potatoes
 The one pictured above is microwave ready. It's wrapped in plastic wrap so that it can steam in the microwave. I like to add a small pad of butter, sprinkle of cinnamon and brown sugar.

Tuna
I can eat it plan out the pouch or make it into a tuna salad.
