Inspirational Insight

Instead of occupying Wall Street, we need to be occupying our spirits! Far to often we follow behind leaders who have their own misguided ambition and motives only to fill their pockets and egos. Every movement should not be followed; sometimes it’s best to simply pray, be still, and wait for guidance and instruction. Patience is a skill that cannot be taught, only given as a gift from God.  The enemy will always try to lead astray and bedazzle God’s people with gimmicks and schemes in attempt to groom them for his purpose. You only need to follow the Word of God, and believe in your LORD and Savior Jesus Christ! Whether you occupy Wall Street or not does not change what has been written. What you should focus on is saving your soul, and learning how to love your brothers and sisters unconditionally.

9 Do not take away my soul along with sinners, my life with bloodthirsty men, 10 in whose hands are wicked schemes, whose right hands are full of bribes. 11 But I lead a blameless life; redeem me and be merciful to me (Psalm 26:9-11).

  2. Hello Renee, below are 2 scriptures that will lift your spirits in times of worry! Be blessed :)

27* Can any one of you by worrying add a single hour to your life? (Matthew 6:27 NIV)

4* Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. 7* And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus. (Philippians 4:6-7 NIV)

One of my favorites scriptures is
9 Have I not commanded you? Be strong and courageous. Do not be afraid; do not be discouraged, for the LORD your God will be with you wherever you go.” (Joshua 1:9 NIV)
