Wii Personal Trainer 2: 9-Week Program Complete


I finished the 9 week program on my Wii Personal Trainer 2! YAY! I started the program back in June. There were 3 phases, and with each phase it became more challenging.  The program has helped increase my endurance while toning and sculpting my entire body. I'm pleased with the results, but I know there is always room for improvement. I burned a total of 10,410 calories during my 9 week phase.

Now, I'm going to focus on a 6 week strength training program, that I created myself. This program will be completed in the gym. I will do very light cardio during this six week program.
