Natural Hair Inspiration: Bantu Knot Out on Straightened Hair

I decided after washing my hair on wash day that I'd treat myself to a semi straight style. The reason, I say semi is because although it was straightened, I wore it in a curly style.

Products Used
Shampoo: Terressentials Organic Lavender Wash
Deep Conditioned: Jessicurl Weekly Deep Conditioning Treatment
Leave In: Kinky Curly Knot Today
Heat Protectant: Chi Silk Infusion
Styling Product: Oyin Handmade Whipped Pudding
Oil: Extra Virgin Coconut Oil

I washed my hair and deep conditioned it for an hour. I applied my kinky curly leave in conditioner, sealed my ends with castor oil, and then put my hair in 8 large twist. I secured my hair with my satin scarf and went to bed. The next morning, I applied my Chi Silk Infusion oil, as a heat protectant, then blow dried my semi damp hair on the low heat using a comb attachment. (Note: I blow dried my hair in small sections)

Next I flat ironed my hair on medium heat in small sections. I used the Bantu Knot method displayed in this video. I took sections of hair added the whipped pudding and then twisted the hair into a Bantu Knot, and secured it with a bobby pin. Once completed, I tied my hair down with a scarf and went to bed.

The next morning I unraveled them to reveal beautiful bouncy curls! I loved it!
