What's for Snack?

My morning snack for today was a banana with 2 tsp of peanut butter. I usually notice a drop in energy around 10am and 3pm. I try to keep healthy snacks ready and available, especially for my two active little boys. My oldest son had baby carrots with ranch dressing for the dip and my youngest had sliced apples. I came across an article on, Top 20 Healthy Snacks and found the suggestions to be very diverse. 

What did you have for snack today?
