What I ate for dinner: Tilapia


Tilapia! Last night I made broiled tilapia, green beans, and steamed rice. It was simply divine! Our family eats this fish at least once a week. I bake, broil, oven fry, and skillet fry it. It's a mild tasting fish. It's inexpensive and can be found in most grocery stores.

I had a sweet baked potato and sauteed spinach on the side
