What's for Breakfast?

Scrambeled eggs, bacon, spinach and toast.

Good Morning! What better way than to start the day with a great breakfast. Today I had scrambled eggs, fresh sauteed spinach, bacon(center cut), toast and plain green tea.

I know a lot of times we don't have time for breakfast nor do we really feel like eating anything that early in the morning. For me it is the most important meal that fuels me for the day. If I were to miss out on breakfast, I feel that I would eat more in the evening. Psychologically my mind is telling me "hey you can have that extra serving of food or a big dessert"! WRONG... I sometimes end up overeating because I think have the calories to spare since I've skipped breakfast. Make sure you make it a point to have something to get your body going for the day.

Whether it be a piece of fruit, yogurt, hot or cold cereal, etc. It definitely doesn't have to be anything heavy such as pancakes or french toast.  We would all be over weight eating like that every day. I also I know there are some people that work grave yard shifts and my advice to you would be, adjust your eating according to your schedule.
